you don't see it the same as i do or you might end up feeling the same. but a few days before graduating senior year was when i realized how much i loved school. the girls, the chaos, everything. wish i could've done more during that time. i still do miss it.

and for the college people... why pay $20,000 for a certificate that shows you did an x amount of educational hours, when you can learn it yourself with a few hundred. that's my "hire me" speech. :wink:

i got what i wanted from the military though... i'm going to art school all paid for plus any extra courses i want. during my time in the air force i self taught myself php/mysql & photoshop/premiere with the help of a few books. 20yrs old and paying for school is the least of my concerns. muah ha ha.

I mostly agree with you corn..

The cost of my tuition here at Purdue was not worth my educational experience. I could easily have taught myself way more in less time for less money. However, college has been very valuable for me in terms of contacts. The people I started my company with and the people we have talked to at Purdue that have given us jobs our hooked us up with contacts has gone a long way towards my future. So.. was college worth it?? Sorta.. but it was a shit load of fun!!!
