clans.s2games.com has been handed to the community and you can see the progress here at http://jebus.zapto.org. if ya didn't know jebus is working on a patch to get clan management working again...hoping s2 makes this an official patch and gets the autoupdater working (or so i hear).

Indeed, the clan management will be handled an SE|clan server while the clan site should appear at clans.savageelite.com. But, neither are up yet :D
