Calling a draw stinks!

I called a draw to let my buddy kronios have a change to buy potions and it turns out we both lose our wager. Bad enough you lose soem health in a battle that comes to a draw, but to lose your wagers too? Defeats the purpose of the draw...

is this a bug? can we make it so we don't lose the wager? thoughts/comment/insights appreciated!

and now i tried to challenge someone, i placed my wager, it gave me the error that they didn't have enough money, and my money dissapeared =(

Why now? I'm not sure if I would like to try to challenge someone he or she placed his or her wager it gave him or her the error that they did not have enough money and his or her money dissapeared . What's it like?
