Your husband speaking DoD approvals to his wife I believe are on, "a need to know <basis>" command rule, given to him my his Superiors. You are considered a part of his capabilities in his command so are given the ability to have idea of "a need to know <basis>"but, when given knowledge of a Superiors information you are under all guide lines to keep such Knowledge of "a need to know <basis>" which states; knowledge can be possesed but not applied. So if you go about placing stock in knowledge of your superiors to your benefit I would supply this as an answer to the question above "TO GET A LARGE FORTUNE, FAST, START WITH A LARGE FORTUNE". . .
